I felt my appointment with Dr. Patel feeling a lot more relieved and listened to. She spent a lot of time explaining her findings And explaining options in search to find me relief.

The last two times I've had appointments with her she has been 45 and 40 minutes late. She seems overbooked and needs several minutes and the computer to recall who I am and why she's seeing me. I appreciate that she sees many (probably too many) patients each day but it would certainly be better practice to at least review the computerized information before she appears in the room.

Very VERY unsympathetic to me. I went to see her not feeling great, she did a short exam, told me that I was really healthy and had nothing to feel bad or depressed about. She then said she would do a full blood work up and when I had called for my results the test hadn't been done. Guess what, 5 years later I had a massive stroke, hmmmm.
