I have never in my life waited longer in a waiting room to be seen. While I appreciate wanting to be thorough with patients I don’t appreciate waiting over an hour for my appointments every single time.

Dr Manish Patel is the best doctor I have ever had. He's professional, caring and listens to all my questions and answers them all. He takes his time to listen and explain. He is the Best!!

I had an appointment with Dr. Patel told, he told me to follow up with him if any symptom occur again, but when I called their office few weeks later and left him a message he didn't call me back..Finally their aggressive and impolite receptionist from Cherry Hill office called on "Friday" afternoon that week, and told me the doctor had just left and put a note I should go to Emergency room (Dr. didn't even call to discuss my symptom) ..and she hung up on me!!!

This office is terrible. I was traveling and needed vaccinations. His office gave me outrageous quotes for prices. Additionally, they told me that I needed to pay costs to see THEIR travel DR and administration fees for the vaccinations. After calling around, I found another doctor who would accommodate me for $60, almost $300 less. Also, my inhaler refill request was refused unless I made an appt to see the dr.
