We couldn't be more impressed with Dr. Sugumaran! He was my husband's surgeon and after a 5 1/2 hour surgery, he sat down and answered all of my questions thoroughly. He visited him every morning after the surgery, even on Saturday and Sunday. He is an extraordinary surgeon, but even more impressive is his kind and patient bedside manner. Because of his expertise, the surgery was a huge success, we couldn't be more pleased.

After my thyroidectomy and subsequent vocal cord paralysis while in the care of two prior ENT physicians in a different ENT group, I finally self-referred to Dr. Sugumaran for consult to have Type 1 thyroplasty. My left vocal cord was paralyzed for 5 years following thyroidectomy with a different doctor. I was elated when I learned Type 1 thyroplasty surgery was possible to improve my voice. Dr. Sugumaran performed a successful surgery, and I am happy to have recovered my original voice! My family says it's a miracle.

His care was wonderful. He was thorough and reassuring through the whole process. I am a speaker and was unable to talk. This was very serious to me. I would highly recommend Dr. Sugumaran to anyone with a vocal problem.

Dr Sugumaran is by far the best Dr I have ever had . He goes above and beyond for his patiences I highly recommend him.His assistant Tammy is amazing as well. You will never find a ENT like him he is the best in Arizona

My examination was thorough and complete. Results of this initial exam were explained and Dr Sugumaran made certain I understood everything he was talking about.
