When she was treating my mother who ended up being diagnosed with stage 4 cancer, she treated her worse than dirt. When i attempted to talk to her, she was annoyed, acting like she was a pain seeker and we went to another provider, who helped us get the diagnosis. She is arrogant, rude, and just wants a big paycheck.

Dr. Mandy Shaw was our family doctor for 3 years, she delivered 2 of my children, she is a great doctor, very knowledgeable. I like the fact that she is very brief and to the matter . I think the best compassion a doctor can show is to professionally treat your conditions. I was very very disappointed to find out she is no longer practicing at SRMC, I will miss her.

I wouldn't recommend this doctor. When I went into see her for back pain she seemed annoyed that she had to see me since my regular doctor was booked. She had zero compassion. I called her more than once because the pain prescription she gave me was not strong enough. When I called her a second time to suggest an MRI, she wouldn't even return mycall.

I have seen Dr Shaw on several occasions and have been happy with the time she has given me and with the care I have received. She has always taken the time to listen and answer my questions.

I have seen Dr Shaw on many occasions. She is short and flippant. She even made me cry and kept at it, not letting me talk at all. She is the opposite of treating patients with respect and dignity.
