I think this is a running theme, they seem like they really really care. Do their due diligence as he said, good they will find something. My office will call you for a follow up appointment he said. Got nothing but a horrible stay at Sky Ridge and attitude ( he could have said no, and I would have moved on to another office like I am doing now) from him the day of the procedure and a month later, a letter blowing me off and the problem is getting worse. He acted surprised that I was still in pain, like the scope was suppose to magically take away my pain. Gaslighting at its finest. I think its a give me money and move on practice.

My dad was unable to swallow and lost 20% of his weight within a week, and without nutrients, he would’ve passed within days. We were introduced to Dr. KC to help us understand what was happening (we initially thought he had stomach cancer) - there was so much uncertainty, and he ensured that we were informed throughout our journey in getting my dad’s final diagnosis (esophageal cancer). Dr. KC made sure that we got the best care (both through him, the hospital, and recommending and finding the best doctors for my dad’s needs). He communicated with us throughout (even during his off days), helping us understand anything that was confusing, and just being there for us to talk to or cry on, providing us great peace of mind. Even though he does not specialize in esophageal cancer, he continued to check in. I have never encountered a more knowledgeable, patient, and warm doctor. The love and care he put into my family is something we will never forget - he has a heart of gold.
