I came to Mandy Griffin with complaints of persistent dizziness and fainting. She dismissed my complaints as anxiety and depression and told me it was a waste of time and resources to run further testing as I had been in the ER previously. I eventually found care elsewhere and found out that I had a neurological condition completely unrelated to anxiety and depression. I am glad I trusted my instincts and am disappointed in her dismissiveness.

Dr Griffin saw my 86 year old father. She minimized his symptoms and treated him in a condescending manner. Very disappointed. Would not recommend her. He was concerned about symptoms - she told him to come back in a month and basically ridiculed him.

I received a very thorough, thoughtful visit and I am quite grateful for the safeguards that were in place. This is everything I would want plus extra from my primary care physician.

Needed a physical in accordance for my job. Rode my harley down in 30kt crosswinds from Missoula. Just as soon as i get there and take my coat off i was being rushed in the back for blood pressure check. Even though i expressed my concern to wait a few minutes to calm down after my ride it didnt matter. I won't be going back with my livilhood depending on it.

This was only our 2nd visit with Dr Griffin, since Dr Moreland retired. I am VERY pleased with the service she rendered to my husband and myself. She is a caring and knowledgeable doctor and glad she is taking Dr Moreland's place for us.

I was treated with care and attention; I waited only a few minutes in the waiting room before I was taken to the examination room. All was very professional and thorough. I would highly recommend this efficient and energetic physician.

Mandy is thoughtful and conscious of the greater picture. I chose her as my doctor several years ago. As a local pharmacist, I felt that she was a very conciencious prescriber. Her prescriptions were conservative and focused on preventative care. I never saw questionable controlled substance prescriptions from her. Subsequently, I selected her as my primary care physician. She takes her time to explain her thought process in detail and promotes personal care before jumping to medications. She is thoughtful and intuitive. I have been very pleased with my care.

I have been seeing Dr. Griffin for several years. (8 -10 Years). She has taken care of my general health issues as well as my diabetes and other long term autoimmune issues. She is knowledgeable and has treated me successfully. She is easy to talk with and is a good listener. She sees you through the tough spots and doesn’t let you give up on yourself. I trust her to have my best interests in mind. She treats the whole person not just a symptom. Very caring

Dr Griffin was very patient and compassionate in treating my sweet 91 year old mom-in-law. She also brought up treatments that may be an option for her. She was very thorough in discussing her past and current health issues. We left feeling confident that she received the highest quality of care.

Dr. Griffin literally told me that my symptoms were all in my head. A week after that appointment my dad found out he has Hep C. My mom and I are working on scheduling Hep C testing now to see if we have it and if that's what's causing our symptoms. I've never seen a Dr. that could care so little to say "it's all in your head".... I left quietly but I was fuming inside. I will never use her as my doctor again.
