Never again
I have a story to share in an effort to save others from experiencing same pain, humiliation & lack of medical treatment. I was born with an arachnoid cyst & have had 5 craniotomies I have also endured a decade of seizures.. 3-16-25 in ER of Medical City-i was having one after another of cluster partial focal seizures. Chahil showed after 10 hour wait. He saw me for about 7 minutes. Gave 1 keppra pill. Told ER staff I was imagining seizures. Hospital staff was incompetent and laughing at me. Sent me home. I then could barely walk out. Went to UTSW. Received immediate proper meds & treatment. BE WARE!!!!

The Best Doctor for real Care.
Dr Chahil actually saved my life. I owe a lot to him for going up and above the the standard treatments. He alone was able to correctly diagnose the rare form of NMO I have. He shows great care and concern while explaining the plan for recovery. After the 1st transverse militias episode I was referred to other specialist and surgeons for care, non helped so I had my primary schedule another appointment with Dr Chahil and he has helped me get a life back. My family is so thankful to have such a caring and smart person helping me through a rare disease and not passing me along to somebody else. I would recommend Dr Chahil to anybody out who needs REAL care and REAL results! I’m blessed to know him.

I had scary, severe symptoms. No sympathy or explanation offered. Hadn't requested my imaging reports, said he "wasn't concerned" until they were faxed. Ordered more "urgent" testing without looking me in the eye and disappeared. Said (conclusive per two drs) results "weren't convincing". I mentioned a bad fall as a result of symptoms two days prior to appt, never even asked if I was ok, if things were progressing, etc. He sent me to a specialist for what he "couldn't diagnose" based on results.
