this is to correct my uncalled for review of December 5th 2017 review (Monroe township,nj) she is a great doctor and i misunderstood her due to my chronic pain sufferings

Left me sick with a bladder infection and without any treatment I had to go to urgent care in my area after a week of unbearable pain and get antibiotics I am still in pain she messed my blood profiles up No heart in patients treatments Very dismissive Did not answer my phone calls or faxes for

Dr. Bessler was the ID doctor for my ailing mother in 2012. Dr. Bessler knew we refused to except our mom was dying and she did everything in her power to keep mom alive until medicines no longer worked. We met again at Saint Barnabas wound care, when I had wounds that would not heal. Last year I was feeling like death and Dr. Bessler knew I was becoming toxic just by looking in my eyes. Dr. Bessler is a very knowledgeable in her field and one of the BEST doctors in the area. Thank you Dr. B!!

Wait time 3 hrs w/schedl'd appt. Staff insisted on 2 calls I bring cash. Late arriving patients went rite in. Walls covered ad nauseam of photos of her in "NJ Dr.'s Magazine" 1st question: "what antibiotic r u taking?" Could not find my info, blamed many except her staff until asst. came in with chart from Dr./partner's desk. Wud not remove suture that was overdue for removal. No apology, thought my wasted time was humorous "next time I will only make u wait for one hour". False, she's fired.

Dr. Besslar was very kind and professional during my stay. She made sure I was treated properly and took a lot of time explaining my health issues.I will always recommend her and her team of specialists, including Dr. Michael Jerome.
