Well when my pharmacy fax's them my prescriptions that need refilled they never reply to the pharmacy and I always have to call the office to ask them about why this keeps happening the receptionist always says that they didn't receive any fax from Walgreens pharmacy I shouldn't have to call the office all the time.Im still waiting to have test done 3-4 months ago and haven't heard anything so far.I think it's time to look for a new doctor because I'm getting fed up already..My health is important to me

Doctors are ok - Office staff is RUDE
Never had one. Office people tell you the wrong time, then schedule you for the days that the office is closed. If you need anything faxed, good luck, they don't know how to do that either!

I would like to recommend Doctor Charles Smith to anyone that needs a good, caring, phenomenal, and awesome ?? doctor. Doctor Charles is one of the best doctor I have ever met. He actually cares about his patients and their well being. He will spend time with you and really listen to what is going on with you, Charles will figure out a plan for you. Charles bedside matter is awesome ??. We honestly, really need more doctors like him. Christy and Samantha are absolutely beautiful and wonderful young ladies. Y’all are absolutely wonderful and compassionate group of people, taking care of everyone, everyday. Christy and Samantha, I WANT TO NOT ONLY SALUTE Y’all. I really appreciate y’all. Y’all Are a good group of people. Y’all really are unique group of people in this world ?? today. Most people do it just for the pay check. However with y’all it seems like, y’all take care of everyone because you like helping people. (Pay check is just a perk) THANK Y’all!!! Sincerely,

Completely rude dr wouldn't nit give me zofran or prednisone like I ask was upset I see 2 specialists And not him for all of My care I see a spine specialist and psychiatrist to walk and be able to go outside because of severe panic attacks and other disorders.rudest condescending person I ever met don't be waste your time staff was very nice
