Mallory aka this 'doctor' is a disgrace to the medical profession and should have her license revoked! As someone who works in medical sales and meets physicians daily, I can confidently say I have never encountered such an unprofessional, rude, and incompetent individual. From the start, she came on camera with a smug, dismissive expression that made it clear she wasn't interested in genuinely helping. She wouldn’t let me explain my condition, interrupting to say my concerns were 'irrelevant.' To make matters worse, she blatantly lied about practicing in another location outside Florida, only to end the call with a shockingly with a middle finger up.Her lack of respect, blatant disregard for patient care, and hostile behavior are beyond unacceptable. Based on other reviews, it's clear I’m not the first patient she has treated this way. This woman has no business practicing medicine if she can’t treat patients with basic decency or professionalism. Avoid at all costs!

Extremely unprofessional
Telehealth
This doctor had an extremely condescending and unprofessional demeanor. She shamed me and talked down to me and interrupted me to the point I couldn’t say a word. I have never felt so distraught after speaking with a doctor. I urge others to avoid this doctor as she does not have a single ounce of compassion, patience, or positive ethics.

Dr. Whitley provides the ultimate care. When no other physician would listen long enough to diagnose my GERD, she took the time to find out what was going on with me. I love Dr. Whitley and will continue to tell all my friends about her. She’s patient and knowledgeable, a true example of medical excellence.

Dr. Mallory Whitley is everything that you would want in a physician. Empathetic, patient and understanding coupled with evident knowledge, critical thinking and care. Dr. Whitley was the 3rd doctor I visited to review my condition and she thoroughly inspected, explored, diagnosed and provided recommendation on how to move forward. Without Dr. Whitley’s expertise and pure determination to assess my health - I would still be unsure and unaware of what I should be doing. I appreciate Dr. Whitley and highly recommend her - You are in magnificent hands with Dr. Whitley!

Even with difficult conditions, demanding patients, and the shadow of Covid looming she is thorough and sincere. I have brought my entire family to Dr. Whitley because of her amazing bedside manner. She explains everything and assists the patient in making the best decision for them! Would recommend her to anyone (I already have to family and friends).

WARNING IF YOU WANT PROPER CARING DO NOT GO TO THIS PROVIDER, SHE IS NASTY, DISRESPECTFUL, AGGRESSIVE AND A BIG LIAR. At this point I am disgusted with Dr. Mallory Whitley. On Thursday January 21st, 2021. I showed possibly symptoms of covid-19 or the flu. thus include, fever, high blood pressure (from the pain) which I normally don't have, dizziness, sore throat, cough, congestion, chills, loss of smell and taste, headache (but more extreme than a normal headache) and I also completely lost my voice. I went to the hospital on 01/22/2021 and got tested and the doctor prescribed me medication for not only my cough but also pain. On 01/25/2021 I noticed that my hoarseness and me using my voice is extremely painful. Due to me working in corporate America on phones all day (where I have to use my voice) I am unable to just be out of work to get well. I proceeding in calling my HR team to see if I could have a week or so off. They proceeding in advising me due to my conditions I am eligible

I am so thankful for Dr. Mallory Whitley. She always has a smile and is ready to listen to my concerns about my health. She has never made me feel uncomfortable or like an idiot for asking questions about my health. My last primary physician did and that is the reason I left. I am so thankful for Dr. Mallory and I look forward to many years with her as my physician.
