Had great experience seeing Dr Naseer. She is very professional personable and smart doctor. I finally got some answers

The doctor seemed ok when I went into my appt with her. She was friendly and ordered the labs and testing that I needed. She ordered a colonoscopy and I was supposed to have bowel prep prior to the colonoscopy and she never ordered it. I called multiple times during the week prior to the colonoscopy, I sent messages to the office on mychart, I had the pharmacy reach out to the doctor’s office. Nobody responded. I had to cancel my colonoscopy that I had been waiting for almost 2 months to get because this office was so incompetent that they couldn’t send a simple prescription over to the pharmacy at some point within the literal 2 months I was waiting. Absolutely unacceptable. I have been on a hunt for a good GI doctor office for years since being diagnosed with Crohn’s disease, most of my doctors are already from Cleveland clinic and are usually very good. This is not the case with this GI office. They simply ignored all of my requests. To this day I haven’t heard from them.

Because of many personal set backs, it took my husband and I over 4 months to get into see Dr Naseer. After having several bad experiences with foreign drs, my husband was very leery about this visit. Dr Naseer is one of the most caring, sincere and knowledgeable Dr's we've ever seen. After years of unbelievable pain, within minutes, she had potential solutions. Hopefully, with Dr Naseer's help we will finally get some quality of life back. THANK YOU DR NASEER!
