Dr. Malgorzata Franczak, MD

Always a wonderful experience coming for an appointment. We travel 3 hours each way with a hotel stay because we have complete faith and trust in Dr. Franczak. She is outstanding, professional and so caring. We cannot say enough about her. We feel safe being in her caring hands!

Outstanding provider and care team.

On November 9th, 2021, my father's primary care physician referred us to see Dr. Franczak. It was an urgent referral, but we were still given an appointment at the end of May 2022. After waiting more than six months to see Dr. Franczak due to urgent neurological concerns that my father had (he had brain trauma and rapidly advancing dementia), Dr. Franczak decided last minute that she doesn't need to see my father (less than an hour before the appointment in May!). Please note that my father is home-bound and getting him out of the house is very difficult. We were actually getting ready to leave the house for the appointment in May when her office called to cancel. We were not given an option to reschedule, and the clinic said if we want to still see her, we will need a new referral. I told the clinic if they don't give me an appointment soon, and they refused, I will leave a negative review for the doctor. So here it is.
