I'm deeply disappointed and saddened by Dr. Safa's departure. But please know that he saved my life! He's the consummate professional. I love him so much. I hope the next Medical Oncologist is as good as him. But I doubt it!

Taking into account the doctor's imminent departure, the focus on my ongoing care was very good. This is the second key physician departure and a clear symptom of a leadership problem that must exist somewhere within the organization

The only thing that was not good that I had to wait 3 weeks for appt and nobody called me back until I followed thru and called the Dr's office myself to set up appt myself. I had some unusual bloodwork and waiting 3 weeks to get any word or read on the test was very unnerving. People should not have to wait that long for callback.
