Dr. Malcolm Franklin, MD

Dr. Franklin is one of the most dedicated physician's I've ever had. He is personable, kind, professional and caring. His appearance is very 'polished' and I'm sure can be attributed to his time in the military. He is an outstanding physician who always gives his patients his professional 'best'. I met him when he was a hospitalist and was in need of a new internist. He visited me in the hospital and I was so impressed that I asked if he would consider being my PCP...the best decision I ever made!

Dr Franklin is one of the best internists I've ever visited. I am lucky I found him when I moved to the area. He listens carefully, he actually believes his patients when they tell him their symptoms, he familiarizes himself with the patient's history, and in general, I find him to be a wonderful doctor. I never have a problem getting a timely appointment, and once there, I never feel rushed. He gets an A+ from me!

My wife and I have been going to Dr. Franklin for years for physicals. He is very easy-going, listens well, is understanding, and explains things thoroughly. HIGHLY recommend him.

If you are the kind of person, as I am, that has "white coat syndrome" to the extreme, then Dr. Franklin is the kind of MD you want to see. He is soft spoken, very encouraging, and non-judgemental. Of all the doctors I go to see (other doctors, dentists, chiropractors, etc.) he is the easiest with which to get an appointment. If you need to see a doctor, then this is the guy.

I was late to the appt 7 min coming with pain in my ribs and the Doctor refused to see me because I was late. I was in pain and I mentioned it to the nurse but still did not see me and told me to go to ER. I noticed while Im there that his next patient is ½ hour later and he still refused to see me. It was noon and lunch seems to be more important than his patients. I will not deal with a physician who doesn’t care about the life and health of people. I Don’t recommend him to anyone.
