Fantastic Doctor!
Doctor Ellis is a very knowledgeable, intellectual, and caring doctor! We went through our whole pregnancy with her, from the start to the end, and wouldn’t want anyone else. Thank you Doctor!

Rude
Rudest dr. She has no bedside manner and treats and witnessed absolutely poor treatment of her medical staff which was even more alarming.

Disappointed
I have been trying to contact Dr. Ellis via phone email, it’s been more than 3 weeks and i have not heard back from you. I started my Laser treatment with Med Spa because I have been seeing Dr. Stoher and I trusted this establishment. I am so disappointed by the way i have been treated, and i have never experienced this kind of treatment anywhere or at any Business establishment. I have been left stranded with my treatment, i don't know where I stand. I have been very patient with various changes in the scheduling, different people handling my treatment. I want a call back from Dr. Ellis with the explanation and I want ALL my money refunded. I even brought mothers day facial which i could not use I need that refunded as well. I am beyond frustrated and disappointed by the lack of Ethic and lack of empathy to your patient.

Another doctor who is unprofessional only there for a paycheck and staff was great but this doctor is proof why people are losing respect and faith for the medical system. Doctors are like McDonald's order in order out.

After waiting 35 minutes for her, she spent about 10 minutes with us. She was not personable at all. During the ultrasound, she barely said two words. I had to finally speak up and ask if everything looked ok. She turned on the audio on the machine and I asked if that was my heartbeat, she said "nope its baby's" then immediately shut it off. I figured when she was done taking her measurements she would go back to it and let us hear it. Nope. After more silence she finished and said "k you're done", then handed me a packet and recited a memorized paragraph and sent us on our way. We were so looking forward to the first ultrasound and hearing the baby's heartbeat. We felt we were robbed of what should have been one of the sweetest moments. Then we find she billed us an additional $497.70 for a "new patient comprehensive moderate exam"(45-60min appt) on top of the ultrasound appointment charge. She did not exam me. She did not once touch me other than the ultrasound. Our appt. was 10 min.

Dr Ellis has been my doc through 4 pregnancies and I have had a great experience under her care each time. She has always tried to make me as comfortable as possible, never rushes through an appointment, and thourghly answers my questions. She has excellent bedside manner and is very kind. I am so thankful she was my doc through my pregnancies.

I love this practice. I switched to them while pregnant b/c I wanted an in-network midwife. I met Dr. Ellis during one of my prenatal appts while my midwife was out, and she was very warm and I felt really comfortable in her care. I ended up having to be induced and ultimately had to get an emergency C-section, which devastated me b/c this was not at all what I wanted for my first birth experience, but Dr. Ellis was the performing physician and did great. I knew that I was I great hands.

Dr.Ellis is amazing! Her bedside manners are everything I look for in a gynecologist. She doesn’t treat her patients like they are beneath her. She’s very knowledgeable and passionate. Especially when it comes to PCOS. Instead of her giving ,e what I thought I needed she told me the risks of why she wouldn’t and I love and respect her for that. The day I’m able to carry a child full term it would be an honor for her presence in the room.

I've been a patient of Dr Ellis for 2 yrs. I carried a baby to term which was delivered @ Las Colinas. Dr Ellis was personable, spent time answering questions, & gave practical advice about L&D. Baby was born on a Friday, 2 days prior to a holiday, so the Dr on-call attended, but L&D team was still great. But, I had a very bad experience after delivery @ Las Colinas w/ NICU & lactation. Also, Dr Ellis canceled my last two appts as I arrived at her office, so I'm switching to a Dr @ another hosp

While the doctor is excellent, a couple of her staff members , notably the nurse practitioners are quite rude at times. The older nurse practitioner was really good but doesn't handle day to day anymore and I have found the younger ones not responding back to queries or sending prescriptions on time . The doctor herself is excellent diagnostician with good bedtime manners and spends ample time with her patients. So no issues there but would be good if her staff picks up their pace !
