My son has been with Dr Majeed for about a year and a half now. Before I had no issues with them and they have really great doctors and nurses but unfortunately for the past three days I have not been able to get in contact with them. I’m trying to get in contact with them because my son has a fever and was taken out of school until he gets a negative Covid test back. And they refused for you to go in if you have any Covid symptoms. So I had to take matters into my own hands and go to the nearest testing spot.

Super friendly, caring, patient and thorough. She calls you back herself, gets you in quick when you need to be seen. Great doctor. Highly recommend her.

Dr. Majeed behaved unacceptably as the on call physician. My 6 month old son had a 107° rectal temp in the late night, and I call the call center, who told me that they paged Dr. Majeed to call me. After 30 mins, I had to call back, and they paged her again. I had to take matters into my own hands and reduced his fever to 105.9° ,and was scared all night. She finally called me back at 7am and said she was paged "only once" and if they had paged more she "might have heard the page". Useless.
