We just spent 7 hours in the Morristown ER with our 3 year old son who has a face trauma. Nobody came to even take care of the wound, just did an CT that took 4 hours to get results back. We have a 1 year old to who we needed to get back home to, so we were trying to get seen by a doctor so we could leave. Then in comes miss Akhavan, that was super passive aggressive, bother-line rude, and not empathetic at all. Our son needed to get an eye test done that could have been completed at the 1st hour we arrived - they came in to do it after it was shut down from swelling. She performed the test with minimum to zero gentleness to my son. I would not recommend either her or the hospital. Maybe changing specialities, moving to Podiatry, would fit her more. Extremely disappointed.

Dr. Akhavan was very caring during a very difficult time. She took the time needed to listen to all concerns. She went above and beyond, making myself and my daughter feel like she cared for us as if we were family members.
