never so insulted by staff
Impossible to get a hold of staff. After a week of repeated attempts to contact them for an urgent appointment, the staff that answered was incredibly rude and short. She told me to call my doctor for somebody else that "does that". I am a patient, kind, and caring woman in a lot of pain and despite my kindness, she treated me so horribly. Awful and just in tears.

I love this Dr. He is great in ortho and does a great job however his staff that's over the office needs to be kind and less nasty and not over talk the patients!! We know our bodies and what works for us. Hopefully they get nicer people to deal with the patients.

Worst Staff that any doctors can have..The staff acts as if they are the doctors and have nasty attitudes, specially Rudy or so call name starts with a R. These people should NOT working in a HEATH "CARE" industry!! No sense of Passion or Empathy towards sick patients or anyone who's trying to make appointments. The worst of the worst office staff!! have to wait for longer period to see the doctor and office staff will not return your calls NO NOT AT ALL. if I can help it I would not go there!

I met dr. Jazayeri through my infectious disease dr. Lauremann. He doesn't even work with Medi-cal patients but when he heard my story he took me under his wing and saved my life. I had contracted MRSA after a TKR and could find no ortho surgeon through my insurance company that would be able to handle my case without me facing amputation. I needed two more operations. my whole experience spanmed over 2 years. He is an amazing MD in every way. I owe him my life. I am starting it now.;)
