She helped to illegally have me committed to the psychiatric ward at MUSC. She did not evaluate me but used a fabricated evaluation. I would only recommend to avoid a Dr.????? like this and the Medical University of South Carolina. They have ruined my reputation, my health, ruined me financially, refused to see me at their emergency room, refused to give me my medical records, fabricated, altered and destroyed medical records, falsely billed me, illegally implanted and explanted medical devices
