Dr Marfo & her staff are professional, thorough & genuinely care about my health.

I hate to write this review because DR Marfo is an excellent doctor. But she has expanded her practice and have hired the most incompetent staff I have ever seen. I have been trying to get a hold of Dr Marfo for two weeks and no one will answer the phone. When someone do answer the phone they put you on hold until it cuts off. Booked an appointment online for a virtual visit and I had to call for the link to be sent to me. On that call I was told that I had a balance of $40.00 from 5 years ago. I have seen DrMarfo for more than 20 times for the past 5 years and not once have her staff told me abt a balance on top.of this I have not received a bill from my Insurance nor Dr Marfo office. So I was not allowed to continue with my appointment until the $40 from 5 years ago is paid. I am absolutely positive that it is a duplicated bill. So DR Marfo have lost 3 clients due to her incompetent staff.on top of that the lady in billing was extremely rude
