Dr. Magdalena Traudt, MD

My first appointment was at 1 pm. She finally sees me at 2:30. When I told her my ride should be her any minute she suggested I reschedule. I said I am not going through this again she said I should find another doctor.There was another lady there for a 1 o'clock appointment that the doctor saw after me. Apparently this is standard practice for this doctor. She is the only doctor in this office. They schedule 5 people for 1 pm and keep them waiting all day for the doctor.

She does not have the means to transmit a simple prescription to a pharmacy I had to wait over 4 days then they wanted me to come back to the office for my prescription of antibiotics to pick it up, when I checked in they said it was mandatory to take a drug test which is highly unusual.

My mom is a patient soon to be an ex patient the doctor has got to be one of the most uncaring human beings on this earth she’s been blessed to call herself a doctor but she’s not a good doctor at all she doesn’t care about her patients one bit so if you are considering her for your primary doctor please reconsider do the research the woman and her staff should be investigated by the medical board and I usually don’t write Reviews but I don’t want anybody to go through what my mom went through with this lady so please reconsider or at least do your homework before you even consider her cause in her eyes all you are is a paycheck

Each year I go for my physical, office staff have been kind to me each year. Nurses are great. Dr. has always listened to me and asked more questions than any other Dr. I have seen thus far, thorough. I waited a bit, but no longer than any other office I have been too. I'm glad about my appt. are not rushed, all of my questions have always been answered. Unlike other Drs rush me out, most do not answer my questions, and have literally walked out for the next appt. Leaving me there without an answer, not caring. Having to call back to leave messages for answers. I have never had this experience with Dr. Traudt. If you do not like something, speak up. I do.

She did great with my son checked everything that his other doctor didn’t and gave him the right medicine he needs

This provider and office staff are trash.

Looking for a new primary doctor, had a bad experience, I did schedule an Annual Physical, once there and waiting longer than the scheduled time, I was told to sign a disclaimer where I will not received the results of my lab work unless I schedule a follow up appointment there, this is not a good sign to me, Money over thrust, they can run their business as they wish, the disturbing part is that they need to let customers know in advance, before we take time off from work.

I agree with the other comments... Loud, very rude, condiscending, scatterbrained.... The clinic is not run well but the nurses are nice. I never want to come back!!

She's absolutely horrible. Should not be in this field. No compassion or respect for her patients. Please all stay away from this so called doctor.

Absolutely terrible doctor. She is loud, rude, and talks over you so much that you can't even tell her why you are there. I waited for over an hour for my appointment and since the office refuses to give blood test results over the phone or by email (like every other doctor for the past 15 years at least), I had to go back to get my results. Again, over an hour long wait for the dr. to tell me everything was fine. During that time waiting, I heard her being rude to several other people. Horrible

Showed up for a 1pm apappointment and here comes the dr out the door going to lunch wanted me to wait 1 hr while she was at lunch . Why schedule when you are at lunch

Dr Traudt is very kind and compassionate about each patient and works to find answers to health problems.

She's a good doctor, BUT it's quite ridiculous when I make an appointment, and I'm STILL waiting an hour AFTER my appointment to be called back? When I call to make an appointment, it would be nice if I'd get called back if not at the time I'm scheduled, or shortly after? I'm very disappointed with the way things are run there.

Dr. Traudt is a very compassionate, and caring physician who actually listens and cares for your health needs. Great staff! I love the convenience of a lab in the same office.

WORST PATIENT EXPERIENCE EVER. Don't even think your meds being filled. 2 months and still waiting. Staff is rude, put you on hold and leave you, or not even answer. You will regret the day you visited this place. I believe that were designed to give second rate health care to steal from Latinos with coverage. They are not even trying to take care of an English speaking person. Horrible. Horrible. Horrible.

Many years and with good experience with DR.Magdalena Troudt office opened early in the morning and with no appointment not like the other doctor office take weeks to wait for the date,happy I found the good doctor and thank you.

Dr Troudt is my family doctor for the last 20 years ? she is a kind and care doctor that you need And keep ? it is so convenience that everything under one roof x-ray ? lab work That saves a lot of time and road trips

Dr. Magdalena Troudt is one of the finest doctors I have seen in many years. She is very thorough and caring about her patient. She is very busy and sees many patients. She is very efficient and quick. I'm very thankful to have found her.
