Attentive, Capable and Compassionate
Dr. Craner has always exhibited dedication to patient care and has maintained an attentive and compassionate approach to diagnosis and treatment with me. She has tracked and maintained a thorough understanding of numerous specialist notes in addition to her own examinations and provided me with not only treatment though medication, but provided overall guidance on health and wellness. She's highly rational and pleasant to deal with, as are her staff.

I’ve been trying to put a review in and it’s not going in. I love Dr. Kramer she’s a great doctor! I don’t know who these other people who complained were talking to but it certainly wasn’t her. She’s pleasant attentive and a pleasure to talk to. I trust her completely with my care.

I wish I could give her a 0 star rating, but cant. Dr. Craner is very rude, she downgrades her patients, never treats the problem you go on for, acts like she cares but doesn't listen. I have never left a doctors office and felt horrible and unheard. She is hard to get a hold of when you get test results you keep playing telephone tag.

Dr. Craner was an extremely personable and efficient doctor; she very formally and thoroughly answered my questions, provided a diagnosis and helped to secure my peace of mind. Her medical acumen is superb! Of more importance however, is the sincere kindness and warmth she brings to an otherwise sterile doctors appointment.
