I have left three voicemails for this office to get a new appointment as a new patient not one call back. It’s been over two weeks since the first call. I just called and hit the option that I was a hospital finally got a live body and she said oh we’re just so busy we’re trying to call everybody back if they act that way before you haven’t even been treated, I can imagine what the service is like. Don’t call

Terrible experience here. This doctor all but called me a liar when I asked for a specific test to be done. She said I never said that. Which was a lie. It was the only reason I was the only I came in

I feel that Dr.Sajjad is a liar.. She adds conditions to your chart that you do not have. When you bring it up to her she says she had to write that you are pre-diabetic in order to get insurance to pay for a diabetes test (during routine bloodwork) Then whenever I get a referral,, it says pre-diabetic on my chart.. I asked if they could take that off since my blood proves I am not pre-diabetic and they said no. They then switched stories and said they have that on my chart because I told them that I was pre-diabetic at one point... Which was false, and even if that was true, a patient cannot diagnose themselves. If you are overweight and looking for help as she says she specializes in weight loss, don't go here. Sabrina said the doctor knew from day 1 that my insurance didn't cover a weight loss pill that she tried to prescribe me. SHE NEVER TOLD ME THAT. She did blood work and pregnancy test just to bill ins. Many issues but review is cutting off. Not patient advocate. Horrible

I like Dr Sajjad - I can talk to her very easily, she is a good listener. Great help to me!

I have lived in Mesa since 2011, and had to find an Internist back in 2012 or 2013 and started seeing Dr. Sajjad. She is one of the BEST Dr.'s I've ever seen! She is kind and patient and thorough, and I know I can sometimes come in kind of a bit anxious but she is always so very kind, She has a great since of humor and tries to find a solution that works for me. My husband who has never been big on any Dr. just loves her even if I have a hard time getting him into the office. Staff is great too!

She is a wonderful doctor. She takes time to listen to your concerns. She is very thorough and includes the patient in the plan and decision making. She is very respectful.

Dr Sajjad is always kind compassionate and caring. She is quite thorough and knowledgable and always answers all questions. She explains all options available and is willing to take the time to explain everything.

Have been seeing Dr Madiha Sajjad since Sept. Have always found her to be very Professional, Informed. And courteous. Office staff are very courteous and efficient as well. Would recommend her to any and all of my friends.

Love the front desk staff, but her bedside manner is cold.
