Receptionist I called today to make appt was rude and uninformed. Had an attitude about Medicaid and then said she didn’t know if they had “room” to see my child. Made incorrect assumptions about custody. Called back hours later and left a message that they are full and can’t see him. They are his listed pediatrician on insurance. Don’t know how they can be full with such horrible staff. Glad to go elsewhere.
