Anyone who is suffering from any neurological ailments will receive the best care and advisement from this esteemed doctor. She is first class in her approach to patient diagnosis and care.

She was dismissive of my current knowledge of the drugs and I do not believe having seen a migraine specialist in Houston that she is current on the drugs that are effective and needed in migraine patients. I am a pharmacist and every time I said something - she interrupted and was dismissive. She kept telling me how hard it was to get a prior authorization and how I should appreciate that. I don't make those rules nor can I impact the challenges associated with that. I told her I was a former president of a 1.5B specialty pharmacy and she just chuckled. I won't be going back. Her bedside manner is horrific

Dr Koganti was called in to see me in the BS&W Hospital in Grapevine when I had Seizures several years ago (2015). I have seen her since then for medication management. She also began prescribing a new medication for Migraines. She is always thorough and takes care to explain my treatment very well. She also referred me to a new Psychiatrist as I was on a great deal of Mental health meds.

The staff went above and beyond to help me with paperwork before my appointment. The Dr. Was on time, thorough and gave me great feedback about what I’m dealing with.

Dr KOGANTI is extremely patient, understanding and very knowledgeable about the brain. Her staff is all very professional and also very kind. The entire place is spotless and organized.

Ever get in an argument with your doctor? On my initial visit, this happened to me. In discussing different treatment options (i.e. drugs she wanted to feed me), she got frustrated with me by suggesting that there might be other diet and lifestyle choices that could benefit me. It seemed that her mind was made up about my course of treatment before I even walked into the room. "I'm the doctor here and you'll listen to me" was the vibe I got. However, I give her two stars because she did do some testing on my feet and seemed very thorough in her examination. With that being said, that will be my LAST visit to Dr. Koganti as I'm not looking for another "pill pusher" but someone who will work WITH me and give me credit for knowing something about my body and how it works. I'm going to pass on getting into more arguments with a "know it all" doctor. So my search continues for a neurologist who will join me in a more holistic approach.

Been going to her for years because I was too lazy to find another doctor. But she’s screwed me up enough times that I finally switched and will now leave an authentic review. For one: She kept pushing a medicine on me (for years) that I didn’t need. She said it was because IF I had a baby it’d be more likely to be “born normally” with lower chance of epilepsy. Even after I told her I didn’t want a baby she kept pushing. Even after I told her “If I get pregnant I’ll have another abortion so stop pushing that on me.” She’s failed to send prescriptions through several times and got defensive when I got upset about it. Because it’s caused seizures because I missed a dose. When I confronted her she said “I have record of sending it so you should change pharmacies”. I’d called the pharmacy twice and 2 different people told me they didn’t get the order. And she once bribed patients with a five dollar Starbucks GC to leave good reviews on here so I wouldn’t trust the others.

Dr. Koganti was knowledgeable and caring making me feel comfortable and the staff was wonderful and helpful. I highly recommend Dr. Koganti.

Dr. Koganti has been very thorough in trying to diagnose the source of numbness and tingling in my hands and feet. Especially since I was first referred to her as CoVid-19 restrictions were put in place. She takes great care to keep her patients and staff safe. I would highly recommend her.

cannot reach the office after numerous attempts

I have been seeing Dr. Koganti for 5+ years. She always gives you your full attention when she sees you. If I have to leave a message one of her staff always calls me right back. If I have a series question or emergency she always calls me back personally. I never have trouble getting in and her team always makes sure I can get an appointment during the time that works best for me. She is by far one of the best doctors I have had.

Dr. Koganti is a very thorough physician. She has always listened to my concerns and taken good care of me.

She is a fabulous physician, I am finally on the right track to feeling like myself again! It has been a while since I have felt this great, she listened to my concerns about medications that I didn’t want to try and gave me the best advice. I will definitely recommend her to friends and family. Her staff was very caring, friendly and really made me feel welcomed. I am a new patient...and I'll even leave my name (Sam Unsworth)...simply doesn't matter. I cannot get in touch with Dr. Koganti or her staff after my initial visit. My only recourse would be to physically show and my work is not flexible in that sense. I have tried to call on numerous occasions but have been put on permanent hold by her young receptionist/nurse. I am going to look for someone who has a staff that will allow me just a moment to ask a question or leave the Dr. a msg. JUST SAD!

I had to visit Dr. Koganti for a severe neck pain. She is very friendly , patient and kind. I would recommend her to my family and friends for sure . if you are looking for a doctor who would listen to you patiently , treats you well and educates you on your health issues , Dr. Koganti is the one.

First of I agree about the other reviews with problems with her staff. Ball dropped several times by her staff and even Dr. Koganti got on the phone and told me she had to fire someone and Dr. Koganti told me she had a hysterectomy and these were reasons the ball was dropped and didn’t receive my important messages. Very unprofessional! I would not choose Dr. Koganti. Dr. Koganti filled me full of Topamax and come to find out I only had a severe case of dry eye! Off all medications. Horrible Dr.
