Cause i have tried for a month to get his office to call me back or answer a phone call so i can fix my medicine problem and they never did if you don’t do everything over the internet he isn’t a dr for you as nisnt my dr anymore

I am new patient and I have trying for two weeks to get in, I call leave several messages with several different voicemails and not one person can give me a call back!!! I understand they are busy. But how busy are they that they are not returning phone calls!!!

Dr was amazing. Answered all of my questions when they arose. Did not beat around the bush. He was very helpful and so was his staff. I went to get some testing done and ended up with a new family doctor.

I hardly ever saw Dr. Madhu and he has so many nurse practitioners that it was always a toss up who saw you. So if it's someone new, plan on going through your entire medical history again. Debbie was the only reason we continued to go there & now since she is gone we will not be back. I called three times and emailed twice needing a nurse to call me and I'm still waiting on that call. The lack of patient care is tremendous and don't even get me started on their billing. We loved Madhu. It's sad
