My elderly mother complained of pain. After a CT scan; we were referred to Dr Ravi for a colonoscopy. She immediately found a large tumor!The care and sensitivity to finding out my mother had cancer; from Dr Ravi and her team surpassed anything I have experienced!Her team did all the necessary referrals and started her journey for surgery and anything else she may have needed! The surgeon said that if it wasn’t found and we had waited another month; it would have went into her lymph nodes! This is still all very new to us!The stress was immediately comforted by them; and we owe them so much for helping to save my mother! Surgery was a success and we wait for another scan in about a month!Thank you Dr Ravi and your team for being such a pivotal part of our lives!

Our son who is 45 and was diagnosed with cirrhosis of liver went to see Dr. Ravi. Dr.Ravi was warm and professional. She took us through the whole process liver care which ended up with a referral to Shands for a liver transplant. She knew the right time to be referred and he was able to go through with the transplant. We could not imagine it going any smoother. She is very knowledgeable and both of us has had procedures done with her which included colonoscopy and endoscopy. So our whole family have been her care and I would not go to anybody else.

Dr. Ravi is caring, kind and thorough. She listened and talked to me not at me. She got to the bottom of my problem and doing great! 100% would recommend to my family and friends.

Procedure wasn’t explained well. Had banding done on internal hemoroids . Was extremely painful and after the procedure I was just left in the room to get dressed and no one bothered to check on me. I am supposed to go back because they can only remove one at a time. Obviously, I will not be going back. Bed side manner awful and no warning of the 3’days of extreme pain. Told me it was painless.

Can’t trust her. She made recommendations without being aware of my history, even though we had discussed my history two days prior. She’s all about the procedure, not the patient.

Got an appointment because I lost 20 lbs. Had a colonopathy October, found a 15 mm polyp. Because of it's size cancer distinctly possible. Never talked to anyone but did get a voicemail almost two weeks later that it wasn't malignant. Because of the seriousness I though my follow up would be soon, but it was in mid December and she cancelled the appointment and scheduled it later. I am not going back. I feel I deserved better care than that.

Dr Madhavi Ravi saved my life. No other doctor at the time could diagnose my problem. She sent me to take a test and the day after the test she told me I had a mass in my bladder which was diagnosed as cancer and today I am cancer free because some one took the time to listen. Dr Ravi is respectful, courteous, intelligent and professional. I would highly recommend Dr Ravi

I had the privilege of having Dr. Madhavi Ravi for my gastroenterologist. I have to say, she is the best in the business. If you need to really understand what's going on inside your body, just go and see her. She's very patient. She will explain to you in detail, what the problem is. Dr. Ravi will even draw, so you can get a better understanding. If need be, she will explain things over and over with a smile on her face. Until you say oh, I understand now. But that was only with me, I'm old. Dr. Ravi is straight forward and gets the job done If you need to referral, expect nothing but the best.
