I saw Dr. Dillon in the Waynesboro, VA office in November 2020. It was my first visit to an allergist. Dr. Dillon was warm and welcoming. When I had a question about payment, she consulted with the office manager, before proceeding. Dr. Dillon answered my questions about specific allergy medications. She recommended appropriate medication, taking into consideration my additional health issues. I found Dr. Dillon to be very knowledgeable and compassionate. The nurse was calming and gentle during the allergy testing portion of my visit.

Had a terrible experience with her "laid back" style of care while we were searching for answers for our 8-year-old's severe asthma attacks last year in Charlottesville. Upon follow-up at Johns Hopkins after we moved to Maryland, we were finally diagnosed correctly. This office and the friendly neighborhood ENT lady across from them on Pantops were both a waste of time.
