Finally a Diagnosis
Dr. Candelario-Cosme was very thorough and ordered testing which shed some light on my condition which was not followed up on by previous providers. Plus in using the new USF patient portal, she has been very prompt and helpful in answering additional questions. I wish all my doctors were as available and responsive as this.

DISGUSTED
Waited for an appointment for 6 months, drove 2 hours to Tampa to see her and got there 15 minutes late to be told she won't see your disabled daughter. We asked if we could sit and wait to be worked in and was told again the doctor said NO. The supervisor came over and I told her our problem, and she said I will ask her again. She looked at me and said "Why were you late?" So once again I told her we drove from 2 hours and got stuck in traffic. She went to ask her again and came out with a look of nobody cares! I was told from the supervisor that she is a very busy doctor with a tight schedule and I could reschedule in 7 months or go see another doctor. ABSOLUTE DISGUST. We have seen several doctors at USFH for 23 years and this lady has to be the worst excuse for a human and definately a doctor. I think she has forgotten that without patients you are NOT A DOCTOR!

Dr. Candelario always sits with me and takes as much time as I need to answer my questions and make sure I under stand my condition. Very good bedside manner. I am an ongoing patient that sees her regularly.

She's an excellent doctor. She's very intelligent and interested in her patients well being. I take my disabled daughter to her and she's given us answers that no other doctor could. She's the best.

She was extremely rude, dismissive, and condescending. I have Hashimotos and I am still somewhat symptomatic. I was discussing 4 symptoms that have just come up that could be related to hormone/endocrine issues. She dismissed any responsibility. When I gently pushed back asking for help from her, she asked ME what labs to order. She was rolling her eyes the entire appointment. I have a lot more to add, but no space. Basically, she did not care about my concerns at all. She was the worst doctor.
