Dr. Heaney is the best doctor. I started seeing her a couple of years ago and she has the greatest bedside manner! I gave four out of five stars because the receptionist is not very friendly and often makes me feel like I’m bothering her when I call to make an appointment or to refill a prescription.

Dr. Heaney is an excellent doctor and is one of the first physicians to actually take the time to listen extensively and discuss my issues and answer all of my questions. There is nothing more healing than having an empathetic doctor who genuinely cares about you and works with you to find your best course of action. I have been with her as a patient for several years now and am really glad that I was able to find a doctor that I am comfortable with and who respects me as a person and not just a patient. I highly recommend Dr. Heaney !

I have no idea what kind of doctor Dr. Heaney is - but I can tell you that if you call her office as a new patient (when she is listed as the PCP on your insurance), and you are having issues that need addressing, that you will NOT get an empathetic interaction with her office staff. I was told in the first 10 seconds that no appointments were available. I was told multiple times that she used to work with some other doctor I never heard of, and thus is very busy. Then the office person called me back 10 min later to ask if it was an emergency. When a potential new patient calls and says they may need a referral to behavioral health, you figure out a way to find that person help. I immediately had my PCP assignment changed after this interaction. It's a shame that people seeking help because they are distressed are treated like this by office staff.

Dr Heaney has been my MD for approximately 3 yrs. After moving here from Calif, I had to search long and hard to find a doctor who was caring, concerned and an expect in her field. Dr Heaney is all of these things and more. Very thorough, proactive in preventive health, good listener and has a great sense of humor. Her office has moved from Exton. It will be further for me to drive but she is worth it.

Dr. Heaney is a truly caring and genuine person that will spend the time needed with you, explain options thoroughly and treats you like family. Incredible!

Wow! What an incredibly caring and thorough doctor! So very kind and really seems to care. Never been to another dr that even came close. She has been in the area for years. Too bad i didnt find her sooner but i'm glad i found her. She is even an animal lover! Thanks Dr Heaney. So happy i have an amazing dr!!!!!!!??

Dr. Heaney is the consummate medical professional. I know and feel I am in good hands with her, unlike many other medical doctors who do not inspire confidence and trust. She listens and provides treatment and recommendations to take care of the whole person.mshe is very very good and Imcannot recommend her enough.

Wonderful. She is very caring, and is really concerned about patients health. I am so sad she is leaving the practice because she is an incomparable doctor. She has been an angel to me for so many years.
