Canceled my procedure and didn't reschedule
This doctor canceled my procedure in order to go on vacation and his office is unable to reschedule the procedure at all.

I would avoid him if I could.
I received a liver transplant at the hospital where Dr. Hoteit practices. I did not choose him, he was assigned to my case with no choice on my part. It is very difficult to get a convenient appt with him. I was told I cannot change doctors but sometimes I have to wait 3+ months to get an appt - and I am an established patient. It is also difficult to establish a rapport with him. He seem distant and not much interested in opinions or feedback from his patients. I would avoid him if I could.

Excellent he got to the root of the problem and I had multiple areas of concern and met with other docotrs to come up with a successful treatment plan.

Dr. Hoteit & intern spent a lot of time listening to my problem and came up with the correct tests to discover what was causing my FUO (Fever of Unknown Origin) which was gallstone in the bile duct although my gallbladder had been removed a few years ago.
