Considerate of Patients Concerns
She listened and did her best to fulfill my concerns for testings and examinations. Many docs only follow an insurance practice which is more about cost than health. However, her supporting staff did not follow through on our medical plans and did not communicate with her. It took a couple months before this could all be resolved. While it was not the doctor's fault, it was unfortunate that she is relying too much of an incompetent staff at John Muir.

She is great doctor. Awesome wait time and she actually listens and acknowledges that you have an issue and you need help. She is brilliant.

Dr. Egasani-Elises was very responsive to my needs when I saw her at the John Muir Urgent Care facility in San Ramon. She listened to my symptoms and made her diagnosis and I've begun my treatment. I would certainly like to have her in the future if I encounter any additional health problems.
