They are great and always find time for me. The office staff is professional and highly qualified. I have been a patient for over 10 years

Dr. Mulki is great with my elderly mother. He is patient and listens to her. His office staff is awful. Unprofessional from front desk to office manager. Phone calls go unanswered, messages left go unanswered. 20+ minute wait times if you decide to hold. Rude staff if you can even get a human on the phone. It is very unfortunate as my mother really likes him but we feel like his office staff impedes good care and promotes an unsafe enviornment.

Dr Mulki FAILED our Mother. I would NEVER recommend him. Our loved-ones deserve better.

This "Dr." and his office can't fill a prescription correctly. I shouldn't have to constantly call and hound to get a prescription correctly filled out.

Personally the Doctor blames everything illness I have on my weight, no consideration for other factors. Office help extremely slow lack of discipline. Double books so sometimes you wait over a hour to be seen

Dr. Mulki has the worst office staff. The front desk secretary is rude and makes you feel you are bothering her, every time I have been in his office she should not be working there very unfriendly and unprofessional, I went in and was talking to another girl in regards to some medical questions, another employee walked over to me and rudely said I can't be in the office, because of COVID I explained to her I didn't have covid and asked if I could show proof, I showed proof and she didn't even apologize for the rude demeanor, even the paperwork they handed me showed I DIDNT have Covid. Dr. Mulki on the other hand is a good Dr, but it's hard to recommend him when you have staff that is so rude.

Dr Mulki has the WORST office staff. He was a good doctor, but it isn't worth seeing him because his office staff is the worst. They refused referrals and appointments. They are rude and not helpful. He has now lost 5 patients from our family and when I spoke to another office at Silver Cross, the receptionist told me that she has heard nothing but bad reviews on them and their staff. She told me I wasn't the first to leave and won't be the last.

He is very fair, listens to your needs well. No one knows your own body better, than yourself. I had a few "hiccups" (illnesses) recently, but through me advocating hard about my care to him, we worked out the issues I was experiencing. He is a good doctor for critical care.
