Horrible Doctor
Dr. Cook sees me at my dialysis clinic. She does not know her patients. She tried bullying tactics to do what she wants. I challenge her every chance there is and as a result she avoids me. She wants to make life threatening decisions for me and fail to know my medical history. She is stuck in the 1920s like her profile picture.

Dr. Cook has been my doctor for over 20 years now. She listens, she's empathetic, and understands. She gives you solid advice and is genuinely caring. I completely trust her in her decision making and I don't question it because I know she's looking out for my best interest. Not all doctors are cut from the same cloth, and in this case I wish they were, because she's an amazing doctor.

Dr. Cook is an exceptionally talented and caring physician. She is a great listener and has a wry, wicked sense of humor that makes CKD less of a burden. Her office staff is also very competent and dedicated to patient care. I’ve had dozens of physicians in my 75 years and she is among the very best.

She does not listen to her patients. She comes in with predetermined idea of how many SECONDS she will spent on a patient even if the dialysis patient is new and this is the first meeting. If you try to question her hasty conclusions (God forbid you have data that contradicts her) she throws a tantrum and says the patient is refusing treatment. Fresenius care promises that patients have the right to learn about their care and actively participate in their care plan. Dr. Cook doesn't care.
