Very nice doctor and good at what he does

Dr. Bryan Harkins is an exceptional surgeon, and I say that not only as a patient but as a nurse with over 13 years of experience working alongside surgeons. During my consultation, he explained things in a way I had never heard before—even as a medical professional. He was kind, thoughtful, and thorough, encouraging me to ask questions and ensuring I felt confident in his care. From the moment I found out my gallbladder had failed, his office got me in within a day, and I had surgery the following Monday. The procedure went well, and I had a great outcome—I feel much better. His willingness to help and dedication to his patients are truly remarkable. Dr. Harkins has outstanding reviews for a reason, and if you have any concerns about surgery, rest assured—you are in excellent hands with him. I highly recommend him.

I was recommended to Dr Harkins by my Gastroentorogist and did not know anything about him. I looked up previous reviews and was very impressed with all the good ratings. when i made my appt, i was seen very quickly and my surgery was scheduled quickly. I did not have any complications and recovery was excellent

Dr. Harkins talked to me for a while before the exam taking his time and listening to me. He took a long history.He put me at ease about my surgical needs. He talked to me after the procedure and gave me instruction oral and written. The outcome was great.

I had been dealing with a nagging groin injury for over two years, which had been misdiagnosed by a previous doctor. After being referred to Dr. Harkins by one of his previous patients, I was able to call and schedule my first visit, which occurred within about a week. Dr. Harkins was able to diagnose my injury as an inguinal hernia. He was very thorough in explaining the hernia and what is was, along with treatment and surgery options. I was then able to make an informed decision on the route I wanted to take, which was surgery to repair the hernia. I was able to schedule and complete the surgery within a couple of weeks, and it could not have gone any better. I now have mobility that I had not had in the past two plus years. His services were very affordable as they worked with me and my insurance plan. I wish I had seen him sooner, and I would recommend Dr. Harkins to anyone that may have a hernia.

My follow-up appointment from surgery was smooth and clear. Dr. Harkins answered my questions and helped me understand the scope of what my continued healing will look like.
