Dismissive and unsympathetic
Dr. Kaminer was dismissive, unsympathetic, and impatient. Even a modicum of concern and compassion would have been appreciated. If you are looking for someone to express care or show interest, I would go somewhere else

This doctor saved my husband's life. It was back in 1993. I must speak out, reading these negative comments. She was wonderful. Everything one could want from a doctor who handles such an emotionally-charged specialty. She spent time with him, and his was a difficult case. I have nothing but accolades for her and am sorry that the other patients had a negative experience. It is not easy being a patient.

Rude, disrespectful, and unprofessional
I would not return to this doctor and I would not recommend her to anyone. She walked in the room and didn't introduce herself even though we had never met. She acted angry and her comments were rude, disrespectful, and unprofessional. She seemed in a hurry to leave and did not want to discuss my recent lab results. It was a very negative experience from beginning to end.

She was so careless and rude. She began laughing at me as I tried to answer a question she asked. Everything my previous hematologist told me she dismissed completely, basically denying my condition which is unacceptable. Any symptom I brought up she said its not possible for it to be related to my condition. She didn’t want to see me again. It seems like she is getting too comfortable with her job, shes getting paid to do nothing

Dr. Kaminer treated my husband back in 1999 for Hodgkin’s disease. We could not have asked for a more Skilled, caring, and empathetic doctor. I highly recommend her. Even though our experience was a decade ago, I cannot believe that she has changed so much as a person to be as arrogant and overbearing as described in some other reviews. I think her and her staff every day for the fact my husband is still alive and cured.

Terrible bedside manner, arrogant and to the point rude. She seems so to be more concerned with they way she dressers then being empathetic to the patient and family. I would not recommend her at all.

I could not have asked for a better Doctor, staff, or overall experience. From the initial visit Dr Kaminer made sure I was part of the team with regard to the decisions being made for my care. Her staff (Mariya particularly) is nothing short of amazing and they work seamlessly together. It really took a lot of stressful things off my plate knowing they had my back. There are very few other doctors I'd put in this category. Really a wonderful experience during an absolutely horrible time.

She is one of the rudest doctors I’ve ever dealt with. She walks into a room with an attitude like you’re imposing on her, and she’s doing you a favor. She is horrible at explaining things. Unless you ask the exact question she omits icing information.. I would not want her taking care of my loved ones.
