Dr. Lynn Napoli, MD

Dr. Napoli was my primary care for many years. In the beginning, she was good, listened to any issues, and gave appropriate medications or guidance. I recommended her to several friends, and unfortunately, over the last two years, she's changed, and not for the better. My friends relayed similar experiences. She talked to me about how she stopped eating anything containing sugar and how women over 40 really should only eat a few nuts every few hours. I ended up with a severe case of fluid retention and sudden weight gain in addition to severe pain, etc, that is likely an autoimmune disorder. I took pictures that day of the swelling I had during my appt with Dr. Napoli and showed them to other doctors. They were appalled. My lower body was swollen to almost double. Dr. Napoli's response to me was, "That's not swelling. You're just morbidly obese." She couldn't have been more wrong. But I left the office that day in tears and haven't seen her since.

is very nice to go and see her, even if you feel very sick you know that She will do her best to help, i really adore her.

AVOID AT ALL COST. This is the worst Dr. and front office i have ever had. Never before have i been Shaken down by front office staff on a consistent basis. I highly recommend you avoid Dr. Napoli unless your are in 100% perfect medical condition and don't need anything critical. The front office is particularly bad. Specifically, Courtney, is not a patient advocate. I have to waste money and time changing offices because they won't leave a message for the doctor to call me.

Pleasure going in for an appointment for my neck pain. Referred me to a amazing physical therapist who has fixed my immense neck pain.

Dr Napoli is a very competent and thorough doctor. When a previous GP doctor skipped over reported issues, Dr Napoli listened to them and created a plan of action to address each issue.

Dr. Napoli is so caring for her patients. I had been feeling depressed for so long and finally decided to see her. The staff was great about setting up an appointment and getting me in to see Dr. Napoli. My visit was extremely enjoy for a doctors visit. Dr. Napoli is very holistic and want to really understand you to treat you which I believe is crucial in medicine today. Love Dr. Napoli!

I had an overall great experience at Dr. Napoli's office! The staff was friendly and got me in the door very quickly. I got the information I needed to improve my health and would definitely recommend Dr. Napoli to a friend. 10/10 for helping me take care of all of the problems I was concerned about!

So very happy to have found Dr. Napoli as she was able to treat a stomach issue that I had been battling for several months. First, I will have to say she is the most caring and patient doctor I have ever come across in my 47 years and she really took her time in listening to what I had to say and made me feel comfortable throughout the office visit. Dr. Napoli was able to get my stomach issue taken care of right away and I was better within 2 days of my office visit. So thankful!

Today was the 3rd physical I have had with this doctor. My appointment was at 10am and required me to fast for bloodwork. I got to the office at 9:50 and was not taken to an exam room until 10:35!!!!!!! Her assistant is so very nice and apologetic, but Dr Napoli could not care less. Last year I had the first appointment of the day and I still sat in the exam room waiting for her for almost 30 minutes! I will NEVER go back to her again.

Absolute worst experience I have ever had with a doctor in my entire life. Waited OVER 60 MINUTES past my 2 PM appointment time before I was seen by Dr. Napoli plus the 20 minutes that they requested that we show up early. Dr. Napoli finally comes in like a chicken with her head cut off, rude tone, didn't listen to a word I was saying, she can't figure out why I'm there (despite it being written down in front of her and me answering her verbally when she asked). Completely unprofessional/rude.

Dr. Napoli and her office disappointed me every step of the way. The office staff have demonstrated a large degree of incompetence--from failing to return my calls to misplacing paperwork to repeatedly calling me on the wrong telephone number. Dr. Napoli has zero bedside manner. After expressing my concerns about being given antibiotics 5 times over 5 months, she asked me, "Well, what do you want, magic?". She's unkind, uncaring, and unhelpful. I've warned all my family and friends to avoid her.

Doesn't listen. Rushed through appointments, does not seem confident in her responses. Does not seem knowledgeable.

She did not really listen. She also did not look over my previous history from my previous doctor. When she called in my medications, she got both wrong.

Really friendly. Listens intently. Knowledgeable and caring......
