While I would give the nurse, Miranda, five stars for her compassionate approach and friendly demeanor, I would give ZERO stars for Dr. Lynn Goetz. (How I wish I had reviews before agreeing to see her, instead of the PA). I waited months to get an appt to establish care with a new doctor, and within minutes of meeting her, she was rude, arrogant and confrontational, berating me for choices made in my personal health care. (I take no meds, and am extremely healthy). I said, "this isn't going well, can we start over?" I was told "You're outta here!!" I certainly was - I left in tears, shaking and extremely embarrassed in front of a full waiting room, blood pressure through the roof - and this in a week that saw multiple mass shootings, everyone on edge. "Dr" Goetz needs to remember her Hippocratic oath - "First, do no harm." Hugs to the thoughtful and kind ladies in the front office, you made a terrible situation better. Be kind to one another, we truly need it right now.

I wish there was an option for zero stars. I’ve been seeing Dr. Goetze for approximately 6 years. She has always been dismissive and temperamental but I don’t have serious health issues and see her once or twice a year for med refills and my annual physical and bloodwork. I needed to have contraceptive counseling in order to take a new med prescribed by another specialist. This specialist sent the form to her and I was told she wouldn’t sign. I figured this was due to her needing to see me face to face and my call to the office was not returned, so I scheduled an appointment and she refused to see me or talk to me. She sent a non-medical staff person in to tell me she would not sign the form or see me. If she is unable to speak with an existing patient about contraceptives she has no business practicing medicine. I will be taking my business elsewhere.

A Patient – Aug 02, 2019

After complaining about an after hours phone call, our PA assumed we were leaving the practice. At our next appt she argued with us over a misunderstanding. After I complained, Dr. Goetze called me and said they were dropping us as patients because we had "breached confidence" with our PA by complaining to her supervisor. Dr. Goetze was arrogant and uncaring even saying we needed to "stop talking too much" during appts. I was shocked to hear a Dr say this, but at least she showed her true colors

After seeing some of the feedback, I was concerned. Dr. Goetz is my mother's doctor. My mom is almost 82 and in the advanced stages of dementia (Alzheimer's). She couldn't have been better, in my opinion. My dad and I took mom to the appointment. Once in the exam room, the nurse/aide asked if we had any concerns. I gave her all of mine. When the doctor came in, she was great with both of my parents. She was concerned about my mom and the advancing of the disease. She had great answers to my conc

Long story short, by dad almost died today because Dr, Lynn Getz brushed off his concerns. He’d already decided to find another doctor because he felt like he was getting worse and did not feel she was listening to him. A simple check for edema would have given any doctor a cause for further testing...especially when paired with fatigue and breathing difficulty. My dad’s heart was functioning at less than 10% when the surgeon opened him up for a triple bypass today. Shame on you Dr. Getz.

This woman has no business practicing medicine! She is insensitive, lacks compassion, care and concern. She is not concerned with what you "the patient" has to say. Please save your time, money and life and go to a qualified and competent doctor, she is NOT!

I have been going to her for almost 10years. I never get seen on time and spends at least 3 hours from work because of it. Today she decided to come in the room and start yelling at me as if I was a child, then tells me I don't know what hell i'm talking about and she's right because she's the doctor. She goes through nurses like water. I have found a new provider.

Dr. Goetze is friendly as long as you agree with her. If you bring research evidence that contradicts her, she screams and refuses to listen. She is rude and does not have an open mind. When visiting, she examines nothing about you, does not listen to your lungs, does not look into your ears or nose, etc. what doctors normally do. A real disappointment.

Dr goetz treated me for 7 years for the same illness. Without any notice or reason she refused to treat me without any care or consideration for my concerns of finding a new doctor. To make matters worse after finding a new doctor they said it would be two weeks for me to pick up my records. She was not concerned with withdrawals from the medication she prescribed for 7 years. Who does that

I made an appointment for my daughter to see Dr. Goetz, after 45 mins she storms in the room with as little as an introduction. She was hostile and condescending. Dr. Goetz couldn't lose her attitude. We walk out and I tell her that I hope her day improves. She comes over and my daughter tells her she's taken aback from her unnecessary attitude. Dr. Goetz claimed that we shot demands at her. She then yells, You're not welcome here. I own the place. LEAVE!
