Very unprofessional. She seems very personable but if you disagree with her, be careful. She becomes oddly vengeful.

This was the most disorganized and chaotic office I have ever encountered. They don't use technology and misplaced the hard copies of my records leading to pointless appointments. The doctors were patronizing and I would definitely avoid.

Dr. Friedman is very warm, personable, and down to earth. She was very sensitive to my anxiety about my first gynecological exam in several years and took several minutes to talk to me about my concerns. She was careful to make sure I understood and had time for questions when I needed clarification. I never felt rushed and I felt I had her full attention. I highly recommend her and only wish all my encounters with doctors were as positive as my experience with her.

She was good, not great. Felt like she was giving me a pre-rehearsed speech at my first visit and was a bit pushy/rushed. She also wrote off my concern about taking medication while pregnant which was a red flag for me and she wasn't very worried about me having abnormal Pap tests for 2 years straight. The office staff is not overly nice or helpful and I could never get a live nurse on the phone. Had to leave messages multiple times. I decided to switch to another doctor.

Dr. Friedman is a fabulous doctor. She's kind, patient, answers all your questions, and makes this as pleasant an experience as possible. I've been seeing her for 15 years and regulary recommend her without hesitation to anyone looking for a doctor.
