I would not recommend Dr. Ashley.
Dr. Ashley was rushed and abrasive. She said my bloodwork was good and my x-rays were okay, but I still had pneumonia. I asked her if I really had pneumonia, and she snapped back, “That’s what I said.” She needs a patient relations course badly!!

Rudest Doctor
She was absolutely rude to my teen daughter. She went for a swollen, itchy eye. She had it going on for 3 weeks. She had gone to an eye doctor initially, but the drops weren't helping. We thought maybe it had developed into an infection. The doctor said, ' If you've been to an eye doctor already, what makes you think I can help you?' How unprofessional! Her overall demeanor was rude, condescending and disgraceful.

Dismissive
Everything was dismissed as viral. Toddler has had diarrhea for four days. I understand that is not usually a big deal, but our son already is struggling enough with weight gain. Just some compassion or reassurance would have been nice instead of dismissing concerns.

MD does not listen to the patient. You know those doctors who do not think their patients know anything, she is one of them. Terrible experience and will never go back to her or let anyone in my family be treated by her.
