We had a super experience with the WCA UPMC people in radiology. The staff were all helpful and professional. Dr. Gritters has a great bedside manor, explains things very well in ordinary english, and the procedure went very well. Thanks to all!

We were very pleased. I was quite scared but Dr. Gritters really had a good bed side manner, calmed me down, and did a great job on my procedure. I highly recommend him!

Dr. Gritters is not to be trusted. He agreed to perform a procedure on me. On the date of the procedure, when I was already drugged and in the surgical suite, he sent in a Dr. that I had never met, heard of, or talked to before to stand in for him. What should have been an hour long procedure turned into a nightmare for me. I was transferred to Hamot by helicopter, spent 2 days in intensive care, and 5 more days in the hospital! He lied to me, and I paid a horrible price.
