Went there as first time patient May of 2020 because they accepted my insurance for shoulder and wrist pain. Saw her for 5 or so minutes. Was told I needed imagining offsite and provided a wristband. Never got a image because they scheduled me with places that did not take my insurance. Found a place on my patient portal that took my insurance and informed office with several messages and never got a reply. Left several messages and complaints about never getting a return call. Of course I got a bill for almost $600 because insurance will not cover because of improper coding. Called my insurance and we called Dr's office on three=way call and of course no one was there to talk to us and we left another message which was never returned to either party. May of 2021 they filed a claim with my current insurance, which i find ridiculous. The insurance informed me that was not correct and offered to do a three-way call but still no one has every called. I do not recommend this doctor.
