He offered me no advice diagnosis and did not seem to care when I expressed my frustration he said sorry I’m upsetting you I told him he was upsetting me he was adding to my frustration because he had nothing to offer me. Clueless!

Dr. Ostrow performed a muscle biopsy for me and I found him to be a excellent doctor. He was very informative, professional and kind. He explained everything and I felt he really cared about me as a patient. His bed side manner is amazing and I appreciate his time and efforts. High recommend him.

He mostly talked, did not listen carefully, and failed to follow or appreciate the severity of my problems. For complex Nero problems, he is very scattered and disorganized, he is well meaning but just not a very responsible doctor.

  • Office environment
  • Staff wasn't friendly
  • Didn't trust the provider's decisions
