AMAZING
At 27 years old while practicing for a barefoot water-skiing event I suffered a major knee injury. If not for the skilled hands of a true medical legend Dr Micheli I would not have been able to continue skiing and cycle across the USA four times. An amazing skilled doctor and a great person. I own him more than I can ever repay in words. Thank you just seems so inadequate….. but thank you a hundred-thousand times over. 5 Stars? Not this guy! 500 Stars is more like it.

Dr. Micheli is truly one of a kind. I recommend him to anyone with knee issues. Back in 2002 I hurt my knee and my local doctor misdiagnosed me and put me in PT, causing more damage. When I met with Dr. Micheli, he immediately knew what was wrong and scheduled me for surgery to correct the issue. Then, in 2008 I hurt my knee again. Dr. Micheli took one look at my MRI and scheduled my second surgery. Both times he was truly amazing. My recoveries for both surgeries went very well with all his guidance. He is so patient and kind. Back then I was a dancer, ballet was my life and he did everything he could to get me back to it. Now, years later (2020) I’m going back to see him for yet again a new knee issue. Again a local doctor has steered me in the wrong direction, but I know Dr. Micheli won’t. I trust him. Hands down, best Dr.

I was about 60 years old when Dr. Micheli operated on my knee. Another MGH Dr. had recently repaired a torn meniscus but I was still in extreme pain and at risk of falling. Dr. Micheli diagnosed chondromalacia and fixed my problem with surgical arthroscopy. I am now 76 years old and my knee is still like new. Thank you, Dr. Micheli!

The best out there, Dr Micheli is patient, humble, understanding and compassionate, he has performed surgery on one of my daughter and treated the other for many years, we feel blessed to have him as our Doctor, truly the best of the best. Having 2 daughters that are competitive gymnasts we and other team mates have been to see him many times, every time we leave we feel blessed to have him caring for us.

I am an avid racquet sports enthusiast. I originally went to see Dr. Micheli for chronic knee pain caused by arthritis. I was very opposed to having surgery. Dr. Michelin and his team treated me for a number of years. This allowed me continue to play the sports that mean so much to me. When the time came for my inevitable double knee replacement Dr Micheli guided me through the entire process. If you have injured yourself while participating in sports go to Children's Hospital Sports Medince. They understand sports and will help you recover. Highly recommended. My experience here has been positive from day one. Everyone in this group is focused on getting you better.

During my junior year football season, I tore my acl during a preseason camp. When my local doctor told me that it was torn I was devastated. My parents had heard of doctor Micheli from family friends and we decided that ee wanted him to perform the surgery. 1 year later and my knee was as strong as ever. Dr. Micheli was beyond professional. His kindness and encouragement is something rare, that many doctors don’t show today. He actually cares about his patients. Without him, I don’t know if I could have played my senior year, injury free.

I came to him for a dance injury and he did not have very good recommendations because he sent me to physical therapy for a scarred tissue. Pt did not help and my pain remained the same.

Dr. Micheli operated on my broken fibula a few years ago. I would not have been the same athlete without him, and I owe a great deal of my success to him. He's a legend in my eyes. His quiet disposition stands out most, and he always seems in control and relaxed - this makes the patient feel relaxed as a result. He is an outstanding listener. Although he may not speak many words, you know what he says is the real deal, as he is very thoughtful in everything he does. I recommend highly.
