I came into Dr. Nightingale bc I'd been having abdominal pain for months. My PCP thought it was my endometriosis & recommended her. She gave me 2 options: surgery or Lupron. I didn't think either was a good option. After seeing her, I immediately found another dr who took me off the nuvaring & onto Northeredone (spl) and has helped immensely. I had also mentioned not sleeping well to Dr. Nightingale, who said she would prescribe something. She never did & then denied us talking about it with me.

Cancels all my appointments without explanation. I have rescheduled prior appointments canceled on her behalf and those get canceled as well. Her staff have canceled my appointment less than 24 hours in advance. Unprofessional and irresponsible service.
