Horrible patient care
Hard to understand, talks fast. This practice does not call to inform patients of their skin cancer results even if it’s positive for skin cancer. No communication. They took a sample of a skin cancer twice (with positive results) before scheduling MOHS. They expect you to call them to get results. No copy of the path results. Do not recommend

Unconcerned
Dr. O'Steen seemed apathetic to my issues. He talked with me for about 5 minutes. He prescribed me medications for a skin condition that I have previously tried and have been proven unsuccessful. Also looked at my dry hands and told me "hand washing is overrated."

Not recommended
The doctor is hard to communicate with, works at a warp speed pace, has never done a full body scan or annual "inspection," and seems not to enjoy his work or patients in any way.

Absolutely horrible experience! He became irate when I asked follow up questions regarding my son. He then left the room and refused to treat my 6 year old.
