Two months ago dr Kao told me I have MS. He said it so nonchalantly- as if I had a cold or a basic infection. He gave me no information, nothing to look out for, nothing to do for right now to keep myself healthy. I was pushed out the door less than 5 minutes after receiving this devastating news and I was left all on my own. Of course, he charged me 50 dollars for this consultation that lasted all of 10 minutes. I asked if I could get medication to slow the progression of MS but he had no interest in talking about it. Dr. Kao doesn’t care about his patients one bit- he’s clearly only it for money. Avoid him at all costs.

I was nervous and flustered when I arrived late (I got lost) and his staff put me immediately at ease. The staff was incredibly nice! Dr Kao was very nice and he made me laugh which made me more comfortable. He explained everything he was doing in terms easily understandable for me. I really liked him and would certainly go back to him.

Dr. Kao was amazing! He was really thorough and patient, even doing some additional checking on me when I brought up a concern that he didn't see any reason for me to be concerned about. But he went out of his way to check anyway. He explained everything very well, and assuaged my concerns with good explanations and reasons instead of just saying something vague and unhelpful. He was really kind and very knowledgeable. I wanted to hug him when I left. I can't recommend him enough!
