Disappointing!
It was a simple lipoma removal on the rib cage. Well he left an unnecessarily bunched-up scar. It looks like he didn't care about what kind of job he did closing the incision. He didn't even stop in after it was over, as if he didn't want to answer for why he closed it like that. I took a picture to share but I can't find where images can be shared. I understand he's not a dermatologist but he should still care about how well he finishes and how the patient will feel looking at the scar for the rest of their life.
