Dr. Luisa Sztern, MD

This needs to be shared of my experience. I moved from Michigan to Miami and was recommended to go to this doctor as a general practitioner. I am a professional 39 year old woman, and have also been taking adderol for my DIAGNOSED ADD since I was 16 years of age. I was told that she would NOT prescribe me this medication - I wasted my time and money going there- this is Un-Ethical and unprofessional, as I have documentation and have been taking this medication for over 20 years. Mind blowing.

She has always been great

I have been seeing this Doctor for almost 30 years; amazing. She has taken care of me and my family as it grew and has handled my medical and emotional challenges throughout my adult life. I wouldn't put my medical decisions in anyone else's hands. When I first went to her it was for a 2nd opinion because a doctor had demanded I have an hysterectomy saying I already had two children and it was the best way to handle a medical issue I had. She was amazing and told me that was silly.

The staff of this office is absolutely rude, nasty, uncooperative and possibly even incompetent. It's like they purposely try to be as unprofessional as possible. I am shocked that people like this are permitted to work in a professional environment and even worse, are able to get away with it!

The staff at Dr. Sztern office are very very rude. The will cut you off before you can finish saying anything. I wish I could find a better Dr to go to and the doctor is never there. I really hate that place. Beside I think this survey is a joke cause Dr. Sztern will not address her staff I'm sure this not the first time she's heard how rude they are.

The doctor isn't at the office you only see the P.A. She only see special patients. The staff is very unhappy with the doctor, they trying to help you but is it impossible when the doctor is never there.
