Dr. Luisa Lopez-Luciano, MD

Excellent.

Dr. Lopez-Luciano has been my PCP for several years and she is a great, caring doctor who is very knowledgeable, however, her private practice time management is very poor. Every appointment I’ve had over the last couple of years have had a wait time of more than 30 minutes to one appointment’s wait time being 3 hours. I like this doctor so I have waited and chucked it up to her patients’ having emergencies or unexpected situations, but it seems like it is every single time that I have to wait, no matter the time, earliest in the morning or around lunch time, the wait is the same. Since I only see her once a year, I always give her the benefit of the doubt, but it’s gotten to the point where my complacency and grace further allows this doctor to be inconsiderate of my time. I have a family, I have a job, I have errands and to-do lists too and my time matters too. I make sure to get to my appointment on time, she should make sure to extend the same courtesy.

I would not recommend this practice. I’ve been here three times, once for a new patient (yearly), only waited 30 mins, then a lady visit 3 weeks later (waited an hour after my appt.) . On the first visit bloodwork and an allergy test were done. Third visit was to discuss all the results a month and a half later?! Which it totally bizarre to me considering the allergy test that I had the results for weeks ago. Here I sit STILL waiting. My apt was at 9:45 it’s 11:00.... Will be changing physicians

The worst Drs office I've ever been to. 1st they charge for a visit that shouldn't have been charged instead of taking the time to call and confirm my insurance. Then for a follow up preventative visit for results I had to wait 2 hours and just decided to leave as I don't have 2 hours to wait and waste. In my life I have never experienced such slack at a Drs Office visit. I will be looking for a new Dr. HORRIBLE SERVICE AT THIS OFFICE. I will ensure my review gets posted on all social medi

Very active and she hits it on the nail. Sometime it seems she might not be paying close attention, but don't worry, she is. She will even come down to tell you what's wrong right on the spot. I have been with her office for over 10 years. She is rough around the edges sometime, but hey, sometimes I don't want to listen to the hard truth she tells me. I still see her regardless. She will not sugar coat it for you, but she will tell you what you need to do to improve your health.

Great doctor....Yes, the waiting time is long but worth it. I prefer a doctor that takes time with the patient than a drive- thru doctor. She has been my primary care physician for several years (10 +) and has always provided the absolute best care, and I believe, best advice and treatment during every visit and for every issue Dr. Lopez-Luciano Luisa and her staff are the best.

Very poor communication and not patient orientated. The office is more concerned with collecting fees and finding new fees than patient care

Dr. Lopez Luciano is a very professional, thorough and caring doctor. Always striving to offer her patients the very best medical care there is. Her office staff is courteous and helpful. I will highly recommend this doctor to my family and friends.

Extremely unprofessional doctor, very long wait times?and when you actually get to see her, its very rushed. You wait an hour to see her for 5 minutes. For the sake of your health, go elsewhere
